The weather is cooperating finally.
Today will be a themed shoot day with my friend and favorite model *immaculate deception* (see friends list).
We are going to attempt a Steampunk shoot. We've been working on props but wardrobe is still our big issue. Most photos will be done in Sepia and vintage tones for the right mood.

I'm too lazy to get it to find out the exact model. But I'll be taking some mega fabulous pictures from now on!!!!!
Dry Dry Dry
I am going through a major artistic dry spell.
Probably why I had an amazing dream where I took the most fantastic photographs in an old city in Mexico. They were gorgeous, and I've done nothing that magical in real life. I need a good camera, I need inspiring surroundings.
I think it's having a real effect on my happiness that no magic is happening.
First Friday
I have plans to get some prints made to display in the shop BANSHEES in Ashland, KY on First Friday in May. It's a Punk Rock clothing, music, and jewelry show that is going to have a local art section in the back. On First Friday I will be displaying some of my work to try to gain more recognition.
I plan to take more photos with *immaculatedeception* and use them in my display. Most will follow the theme of the shop being Punk Rock related or using my ever present Dollies.

Sooooo.....I recently found out I had to set my phone camera to the highest resolution...that's why I couldn't get better prints. I ASSUMED it was automatically on the best resolution it had...but I was WRONG.
So now I have even more incentive to go out and take more photos so I can get a variety of awesome work for my portfolio.
*sigh* We live and learn..
